Rubber floor covering board mat

Rubber floor coverings can be used for lining floors in vehicles and rooms intended for temporary stay of people, where the lining of the usual "Z" type and oil-resistant "O" type is not recommended for use in conditions in which it may be exposed to sunlight.
A kind of "A" type covering - resistant to weather conditions can be used for the lining of external surfaces.

The liner can be put as follows:
- unfolded in a free state - without sticking to a solid surface, eg concrete, wood, metal, etc.
- glued to the surface using adhesives commonly used in construction for gluing rubber floor coverings
or other glues recommended by the manufacturers.

It is advisable to leave the floor covering in a free state for a few days for better settling on the ground before sticking it. The surface intened for bonding with the liner should be prepared in accordance with the general principles of gluing technique (important principle: clean and degreased surface) or in accordance with the detailed guidelines given by the adhesive manufacturers.

TYPE

Depending on the properties of the rubber compound used for the production of the floor covering, three types of floor coverings are distinguished:
Z - general purpose (SBR), used only inside rooms, application temperature: -30 ° C; + 70 ° C.
O - oil resistant (NBR / SBR),application temperature: -30 ° C; 100 ° C
A - weather resistant (EPDM), used indoors and outdoors, application temperature: -40 ° C; + 100 ° C (periodically up to + 120 ° C).

Basic parameters of floor coverings:

• stretching resistance - min. 2 MPa,
• elongation at break - min. 100%
• oil resistance is related to type O lining
  • - high resistance to oil IRM 903,
    ΔV - max. + 30%, (100 ° C / 70 h),
    a mixture with the symbol CUOR, CUOS, CUON
  • - medium resistance to oil IRM 903,
    ΔV - max. + 35%, (100 ° C / 70 h),
    a mixture with the CUOC symbol
  • - low resistance to oil IRM 902,
    ΔV - max. ± 10%, (23 ° C / 24 h),
    a mixture with the symbol CUOG, CUOD
• resistance to aging in air, change in hardness - max. 10 ° Sh, (100 ° C / 70 h) refers to type A lining,
• hardness, density and color
