3 step Entry System doormat entrance

85% of the dirt, dust and moisture brought into the building can be retained in the first 6 meters with a suitable mat. It is for this reason that Supermaty has developed a 3-stage insertion system.

The 3 types of mats that make up this system are scraper mats, scraper mats / wipers (such as WaterHog) and doormats (carpets).

Dirt collecting mats:

The first step is to place the scraper mats. These types of mats are placed outside the facility as the first protection against dirt, dirt and moisture. Mats like our SuperScrape feature surface cleats designed to scrape hard dirt and grime off your shoes with a two-tier construction that keeps dirt below foot level. Optibrush mats, on the other hand, come in a variety of colors and have a surface designed to filter out dirt and moisture with drainage edges.

WaterHog entrance mats

The second line of defense is the scraper and the WaterHog. Depending on the entrance and mat chosen, WaterHog mats can be placed inside or outside. WaterHog mats have a two-tier surface that removes and holds dirt below foot level. They also have a specially designed water dam border that holds up to 4 liters of water per square meter. The durable PET fabric disperses water, making the drying process faster than standard fabrics.

Carpet coverings

The entrance mats of the doormats (carpets) complete the 3-stage system. They absorb dust and moisture residues from shoes. Solid ColorStar Unicolor mats are also available with the same fade-resistant, stain-resistant, eco-friendly PET surface.
