1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Online Store privacy policy is informative, which means that it is not a source of obligations for Service Users or Customers of the Online Store.

1.2. The administrator of personal data collected through the Online Store is Piotr Kwiatkowski, who runs a business under the name Meblodex Bis Piotr Kwiatkowski, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland kept by the minister competent for economy, having: address of place of business and address for delivery: ul. .1 maja 93 , 25-614 Kielce, NIP 9591336445, REGON 292683225, e-mail address: biuro@supermaty.pl, contact phone number: + 48 412020727 - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and being the Online Store Service Provider and the Seller.

1.3. The personal data of the Service Recipient and Customer are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133, item 883, as amended) (hereinafter: the Personal Data Protection Act) and the Act on electronic services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

1.4. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by them are processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with those purposes; factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that enables identification of persons to whom they relate, no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

1.5. All words, expressions and acronyms appearing on this website and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) should be understood in accordance with their definition included in the Online Store Regulations available on the Online Store website.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND RECIPIENTS OF DATA

2.1. Each time the purpose, scope and recipients of data processed by the Administrator result from actions taken by the Service User or Customer in the Online Store.

For example, if the Customer chooses personal collection instead of courier when placing the Order, then his personal data will be processed for the conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement, but will no longer be made available to the carrier performing the shipment at the request of the Administrator.

2.2. Possible purposes of collecting personal data of Service Recipients or Customers by the Administrator:

2.2.1. conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement or contract for the provision of Electronic Services (e.g. Account).

2.2.2. direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services.

2.3. Possible recipients of personal data of Online Store Customers:

2.3.1. In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of delivery by pallet or courier, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected carrier or intermediary performing the shipment at the request of the Administrator.

2.3.2. In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of electronic payment or a payment card, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected entity operating the above payments in the Online Store.

2.4. The Administrator may process the following personal data of Service Recipients or Customers using the Online Store: name and surname; e-mail address; contact telephone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, zip code, city, country), address of residence / business / registered office (if different from the delivery address). In the case of Customers or Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator may additionally process the company name and the REGON number of the Customer or the Customer.

2.5. Providing personal data referred to in the point above may be necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the Sales Agreement or contract for the provision of Electronic Services in the Online Store. Each time, the scope of data required to conclude a contract is indicated previously on the Online Store website and in the Online Store Regulations.

3. COOKIES AND OPERATING DATA

3.1. Cookies are small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on the side of the person visiting the Online Store website (e.g. on the hard disk of a computer, laptop or on the smartphone's memory card - depending on which device it uses visiting our Online Store). 3.2 The Administrator may process the data contained in Cookie files when users use the Online Store pages within the scope of:

3.2.1 identification of Service Recipients as logged in to the online store and indicating that they are logged in;

3.2.2 remembering Products added to the basket when placing an Order;

3.2.3 remembering data from completed Order Forms, surveys or login data to the Online Store;

3.2.4 adapting the content of the Online Store pages to the individual preferences of the Service Recipient (e.g. regarding colors, fonts, page layout) and adjusting the settings when using the Online Store website;

3.2.5 conducting anonymous data statistics presenting the manner of use of the Online Store.

3.3 Popular web browsers used on the market accept saving cookies by default. Everyone can define cookie options with the help of a browser settings. The options give possibilities to limit (e.g. partly or temporarily) or even completely turn off the possibility of Cookies saving – although it can influence the some of the Online Shop functions (e.g. it can be impossible to order via Order Form due to the fact of not saving the products in the basket during the next steps of placing the order)

3.4. Internet browser settings concerning the Cookie files are important due to the fact of using Cookie files by our Online Shop – according to regulations such an acceptance can be also stated using the browser settings. In case of the lack of the acceptance the browser Cookie settings should be changed.

3.6. The administrator processes also the unnamed data concerned with Online Shop using (IP address, domain) to generate statistics data to help with Online Shop managing. The data is collective and anonymous, that is not including identification features of the person visiting the Online Shop page. The data is not disclosed to third parties.

4. BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

4.1. The disclosure of the personal data by Service Recipient is voluntary, however not giving the personal data requested on Online Shop page needed to conclude and execute Purchase Contract or Electronic Service provision contract can hinder the possibility of contract conclusion.

4.2 The basis for the Recipient User or Client’s personal data processing is the need of contract execution or taking actions on the demand of the User or Client before the contract conclusion. In case of data processing with the aim of direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services, the basis for data processing is (1) former acceptance of Service Recipient or Client or (2) fulfillment of the legitimate purposes by the Administrator (according to article 23 paragraph 4 of Personal Data Protection Act a legitimate purpose is especially direct marketing of Administrator’s own products or services).

5. RIGHT TO ACCESS, CONTROL AND CORRECTION OF THE PRSONAL DATA

5.1. Service Recipient or Client has a right to access and correct their personal data.

5.2. Every person has the right to control their processed personal data contained in the Administrator base, especially the right to: demand for data completion, update and correction, suspend processing or delete data temporarily or permanently, in case it is incomplete, out-dated, incorrect or was collected by violation of the
Act. as well as it is needless when it comes to fulfill the aim it was collected for.

5.3.  In case of Service Recipient or Client acceptance for personal data processing with the aim of direct marketing of Administrator’s own products and services, the acceptance can be cancelled any time.

5.4.  In case Administrator process or intends to process the Service Recipient or Client’s personal data with the aim of direct marketing of Administrator’s own products and services, the person has also the right to (1) issue a written demand for suspending the data processing because of the unusual situation or to (2) make an objection against their data processing.

5.5. To make any changes concerning the rights for the data processing stated above, one can contact the Administrator by letter or e-mail to the address stated at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

6. FINAL NOTICE

6.1. Online Store can contain links to other webpages. Administrator advises to familiarize with the privacy policies of the particular webpages. This Policy Privacy is concerned only with Supermaty.pl Online Shop.

6.2. Administrator uses technical and organizational means to provide security for the processed data, suitable for threats and data categories, especially the data is protected from unauthorized access, processing, change, loss or damage.

6.3. Administrator makes the technical means accessible to prevent obtaining and modifying data sent by an e-mail by unauthorized person.

6.3.1. The base is protected by unauthorized access.
